Carrol J. Noonan, President, Chief Financial Officer:
a 23 year Nevada licensed Insurance Broker with expertise
in Underwriting, Sales & Service, Surety Bonds, Personal
Property and Commercial Property. She is the recipient of
the National Association of Women Business Owners’
“Women of Distinction” 2001 Award. Insurance Women
of Las Vegas recognized her as the 2001-2002 “Women
Insurance Professional of the Year”. Carrol was the
2000/2001 President of Insurance Women of Las Vegas (NAIW),
1998/1999 State Director of the National Association of
Insurance Women. She was presented with the “Insurance
Professional of the Year” 1999 award, by National Association
Insurance Women Region VIII. She has served on the Board
of Directors/Secretary for the Business Watch Network since
1997. She is an active member of the Nevada Surplus Lines
Association, and is actively involved in many community
associations and projects.
Perry Noonan, Chief Executive Officer: a 27 year
Commercial Insurance Professional and Broker is experienced
in Underwriting, Sales and Service. For more than 12 years,
Perry has specialized in Condo/HOA/Apartment and Commercial
Real Estate. He was the 1997-1999 Board of Director/Secretary
of the Community Association Institute and the 1996-2001
Board of Director for the Nevada Apartment Association.
He is a founder of the newly merged Southern Nevada Multi-Housing
Association and continues to sit on the Board of Directors.
Perry is actively involved with the Institute of Real
Estate Management and numerous community projects. Under
his direction, the agency has obtained numerous performance
awards from companies in which appointments are held.
Perry was awarded the Southern Nevada Multi-Housing Association
2002 Company of the Year and the 2002 Institute of Real
Estate Management’s Industry Partner of the Year
Awards.
Mark
S. Coolman, CFP, Executive Vice President: a 21
year Commercial Property/Casualty Sales & Service
and Certified Financial Planner. Mark has previously been
on the Board of Directors for the Nevada Apartment Association
and the Nevada Independent Insurance Association. He is
actively involved in the Community Association Institute
and the Institute of Real Estate Management. Mark is also
recognized as a Risk Management Guest Instructor for the
State of Nevada’s Ombudsman Office and the University
of Nevada, Las Vegas.
Marie
T. Hamilton, Senior Vice President: a 37 year Commercial
Insurance Professional with expertise in Underwriting,
Sales and Service. Over the past 11 years, Marie has specialized
in Condo/HOA/Apartments and Commercial Real Estate. She
is active in the Community Association Institute and Southern
Nevada Multi-Housing Association. She is an active member
and a NAIW Certified Instructor of the Insurance Women
of Las Vegas (NAIW). Marie is the Past President and Past
State Director of the Insurance Women of Las Vegas (NAIW)
and she is the recipient of the American Association of
Managing General Agent’s 2000 Achievement Award,
Insurance Women of Las Vegas’ 2002 Member of the
Year Award and many more awards and recognition in the
past years.
