Mark Coolman, CFP, CIRMS: a 25 year Commercial Property/Casualty Sales & Service Agent, Certified Financial Planner and Community Insurance & Risk Management Specialist, CIRMS. He holds degrees in Bio Medical Engineering and Mathematics from Marquette University-Milwaukee, WI. Mark was the 2006 President of the Community Association Institute-Nevada and is the first to obtain the Community Insurance & Risk Management Specialist, CIRMS designation in the State of Nevada. This designation recognizes Mark for his professionalism and dedication to the unique tasks of insurance and risk management services to community associations. He was recognized as the Recruiter of the Year for National CAI, 2006. Mark has previously been actively involved with the Nevada Apartment Association, Nevada Independent Insurance Association and the Institute of Real Estate Management. Mark is also recognized as a Risk Management Guest Instructor for the State of Nevada’s Ombudsman Office and the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Mark has been an annual quest speaker on the “Homeowner Talk” Show.
